Palmateer watershed includes two separate creeks: Palmateer and Williamson’s Brook which flow north to the Fraser River. Palmateer Creek was named after a pioneer family has Cutthroat trout, the odd Chum salmon and a variety of non-salmonid species. However Williamson’s Brook (also known as East Creek) contains Coho and Chum salmon and Cutthroat and Rainbow trout.
